This incident has been very unsettling for our teachers and children - we thought these threats and violence were past. One of our teachers said he just wants to go home! What do we as human beings do to one another to cause such pain and suffering.
I am asking everyone to unite with us in asking God for protection from fear, bad dreams and peace in the community. Please pray too, for the Somalians, who have been attacked. This was their livelihood - what will they do now?
Thank God the man was not killed!
