Off to the beach

Monday dawned sunny and calm What a beautiful day for the outing to Mnandi resort near Khayelitsha. I feel like God is really smiling down on our children.

The Golden Arrow buses arrived on time, all but 5 children were at school, ready and excited.

When we got to Mnandi we discovered that there were no other bookings so we had the whole area to ourselves. Great lifeguards made my job easier. They even opened the slides early so that we could use them before we left.

We had a wonderful time of bonding with the children and staff.

The fundraising team subsidised the outing, making it an all round success.
